The paradox of the observer in Bit-format

The observer is observing, and asking questions and making statements that must ultimately be expressed in discrete bits. John Archibald Wheeler: “What we call reality arises in the last analysis from the posing of yes-no questions. [...] All things physical are information-theoretic in origin, and this is a participatory universe.”
